As a top producer, Lee turned her success in real estate sales to property management. She opened Good Property Management in July of 2009 and credits her success to her amazing staff helping her manage over 200 single family/multi-unit dwellings throughout Kitsap County from Kingston to Port Orchard. As a resident of Bremerton since 1979, Lee raised two children who graduated from Olympic High School. They live and work in Atlanta, Georgia. Darice, graduated University of Washington Class of 1996; graduated Mercer University Law School with her Juris Doctor degree. She has her own law firm , specializing in Juvenile Law. She finds it very rewarding to help children and their parents. Darin attended Mercer, graduated from Stetson School of Business with a degree in Business Administration and works for Verizon, in Consumer OEM Marketing and loves it. As a member of the Silverdale Chamber of Commerce, Lee served as President and as Chairman of the Military Affairs Committee. She highly recommends all new businesses or individuals to join.
James T. Houk
Graduated Wharton School of Business and worked for 33 years as an Auditor with the Government Accounting Office (GAO) and the Inspector General community in Washington, DC. Jim retired from the federal government and has been here since 2000.
He has 18 years of property management experience and handles all of the accounting for our Owners.
Retired from the Marine Corps, some of his assignments were as an Embassy Marine in India and Iran; Marine Barracks Naples, Camp Lejuene, 2nd Marine Division, MCB, Quantico, Virginia and was wounded in Vietnam during the Tet Offensive at Khe Sanh, his outfit was known as “the Walking Dead”.
Jim is past President of the Seattle Section of the Mercedes Benz Club and a long time member. Next to gardening and planting bulbs of all kinds, he is a car aficionado
Jim and Lee support the Humane Society with a monthly contribution and sorely miss their Mascot, Cassie who crossed the Rainbow Bridge in February.

Alana brings 22 years experience of managing over 10,000+ units of residential & commercial properties… 5 years as a Property Manager with & Howell Management in Hilton Head, SC &, 5 years as a leasing agent/Bookkeeper/Account Mgr/Property Manager with REEFF Residential & Fairfield Properties in Arizona, 5 years as compliance auditor for low income housing /property manager/office manager in Washington along with her 7 years here with Good Property Management as the Director of Operations.
Alana puts our Owners and their rental properties first. Along with all of her responsibilities she maintains the website & oversees the other rental websites as well as keeps the rental list up-to-date to hand out to prospective renters who walk in to the office.

Lauren brings to her position as Maintenance Coordinator the Customer Service skills she developed working at her mother’s restaurant at the Sunset Grill in Gig Harbor.
Lauren’s experience was instrumental in keeping the Rainbow Consultants Health Care Training business operational while the owners were semi-retired and traveling.
Lauren’s position required her to wear several “hats” – Training Coordinator/Receptionist and Administrative Assistant giving her the ability to continue to develop her problem solving skills while providing excellent conflict resolution for Adult Family Home Owners and Caregivers.
Lauren’s father, Tom Remick, a General Contractor, took her to various job sites where she learned a little bit of everything about plumbing/electrical/construction and more. We are grateful to Tom, for teaching his daughter the skills necessary to keep GPM properties in good repair and using her communication skills to keep owners informed and tenants satisfied with the repairs performed.
Lauren is not only an avid indoor Soccer player, but she is also a “raving” SOUNDERS FC Fan and doesn’t miss a game.
Derek is a West Virginia native implanted here in Kitsap County by way of the United States Army. Derek proudly served in the Army for 5 years until his tour of duty was finished. After completing his time in service he managed a Franchised Business.
Derek excels in leadership and quality of work and decided to further advance his career opportunity into the Real Estate Market.
Derek is currently working diligently on completing all education required for his Broker’s License. Derek will be handling any and all property inspections while he gets to know both our Owners and Tenants alike.
He looks forwards to a long relationship with all of our immediate and extended Good Property Management family.
